The franchise will provide the business template and support to keep up with the myriad of bureaucratic hurdles in the various jurisdictions.

Since neither AMNG nor AltitudeOrganicMedicine sell pot there is no risk of being shut down. Their job is to keep the franchises from being shut down leaving them to run their businesses instead of focusing on the ever changing bureaucracie.
