Phunnibone-- Buys at 3 to 1 ratio confirms what I suspected. The insiders are accumulating the stock at the bid. If this wasn't happening we would have been at .0001 The naked shorters are creating shares to sell along with creating a panic so others sell allowing the insiders to buy at the bid. Tie this together with a change in the TA and I feel that there is a plan to nail the shorters which will take place in the not to distant future. It doesn't make any sense for the company to be diluting at .0004 to .0008 or higher. I also found out that since efln is a nonreporting company the naked short and short volume would not show up. Since 7/12 this stock has traded 360 million shares.
