CCME I don't think bus operators have much leverage to hold out for more than a nominal increase. CCME doesn't have any competition. If bus operators say no, they lose a revenue stream. Maybe they won't match Q2 margins each quarter, but I'd be surprised to such margin erosion without a catalyst (i.e. goverment action).
