If you do your own DD you would know about the pr on July 8th,and if you read the corresponding sec filing you will see an agreement was signed on the last week of June and they have a time limit of 60 days to work out all the details for an earn in option agreement.Basically sign a jv deal by the 28th of this month thats kinda the short version.But dont take my word Ive only been trading 3 months.I know enough to not trust anyone nothing personal to anyone.All DD on this board checked out aok from what Ive found.With my limited search skills.You are all to be APPRECIATED FOR YOUR EFFORTS.
