How does a contract mean that? A contract means there are obligations that have to be met or the contract is voided.

For example, the $600,000 fee to BEHL for starters. What if BNPD can not come up with the money? Well, that would void the contract.

Then one has to factor in this info.

" The first algae strain, Haemaotoccocus, has a current market value of $341 per kilogram. Conservatively, BEHL will produce 15,600 pounds of Haemaotoccocus over the next 12 months for BNPD.

Let's do the math. 15,600lbs is 7076kg X $341 equals $2,412,916

The next strain grown by BEHL and/or clients sold to BNPD will be the very popular, robust and fast growing Chlorella. The current market value for Chlorella is $44 per kilogram. BioCentric Energy will deliver to BNPD, 12,000 pounds of Chlorella over the next 12 months.

12,000lbs is 5443kg X $44 equals $239,492

the highly popular algae known for its antioxidant and anticancer properties, Spirulina, will also be produced and delivered to BNPD. The current market value for Spirulina is $20 per kilogram. BioCentric Energy plans to produce and deliver approximately 22,500 pounds of Spirulina over the next 12 months.

22,500lbs is 10,205kg X $20 equals $204,100.

So let's add this up.

$600,000
$2,412,916
$239,492
$204,100

That is a total of $3,456,508 in cold hard cash that a brand new stinky pinky company has to come up with over the next 12 months without even having a revenue stream. Anybody care to explain to me how that will happen? Better yet, can anybody point me to the retail outlets that are selling or have agreed to sell any of BNPD's products?

I feel many people are simply excited about the wording of the contract while ignoring yet again that no established companies have stepped up to sing any deals with BEHL. Does anybody really believe that BNPD will come up with the money let alone deliver a viable product to market?

This has disappointment written all over it. But the fluff associated with it will be fun to read.
