Rick enjoy your vacation. With this 10Q, what are your revised future thoughts? I am a bit puzzled regarding the financing aspect of the company, it states the company may consider swelling its securities to raise funding, imo this is good dilution if discoveries in the ground are good, my question is what of the $5mn financing announced previously, has all of it been exhausted? Whilst we may not know for certain what are your thoughts on this? Are we still bullish on kat seeing multiples?
