If you go to pinksheets everyone will see that Victory park (ascent) took over phone numbers, website, and assets. The last hurdle is the BK process.

There is two avenues here.

1. Global Aircraft emerges from BK and has new assets and contracts lined up. This is a Chapter 11 reorganization, Not CH 7 dismantlement. If Global does emerge from BK and resumes business the stock could reach new highs.

2. Ascent assumes GACF after final BK process would have the PPS rise dramatically due to Victory Park having a multi-million dollar business. The PPS would reflect company value.
