Samsung used to have those pages with FAQs about dram but I can't find it; do you have a link?

Samsung now uses ebrohures for their memory business backgrounder. Here’s the memory brochure from Q4'04.

They don’t break out share by products, but it’s apparent that RDRAM mainly goes into PS2 and some networking applications. Also some TV’s.

My guess is <3% of DRAM revenues at Samsung.
