Yes they do. We pay high school students part time $10.50 /hr. to package products. Through Harvard Pilgrim our PPO 500 plan costs the company just over $10,000 per family. For the quick in math that's $5/hr. just for that benefit. You avoid the C.O.B.R.A. issues with part time help. You also avoid the "shopping for benefits" employee.....no one ever does that.
