I am almost 100% convinced that Chinese deal 2 years ago was real, because now we know CM is (was?) a partner in Jadebridge. You remember them, the company that does.... ahemm.....Chinese mergers!

For some reason that deal fell through, and CM put a kabash on any rumors by issuing his one and only PR. Had that R/M happened, it would have driven the old CGGP to dollars, R/S or not.

My only hope is that we get something similar again, but this time the deal actually goes through. From everything we know about these guys, they can get that job done.
