Fortress Financial Group, Inc. has disposed of its entire interests in both Bouse
Gold, Inc. and South Copperstone, Inc. to North American Gold & Minerals Fund in
exchange for Preferred Series "A" and Preferred Series "B" stock in North American
Gold & Minerals Fund.

These Preferred Series "A" and Series "B" stock in North American Gold & Minerals
Fund will be distributed to Fortress Financial Group, Inc. stockholders as a single
Extraordinary Dividend at a "Record Date" and a "Payment date" to be determined.

Fortress Financial Group, Inc. will be updating its web site and providing clarification
on what is a very complex transaction.
