Exousia's Biodiesel Facility Set to Deliver Clean Energy

Exousia Advanced Materials, Inc., a provider of a variety of fuel products announced that its biodiesel production facility located in South Carolina is currently completing the maintenance and re-tooling of the facility and will begin delivering biodiesel orders in August.

Wayne Rodrigue, chairman and CEO of Exousia said that a main priority with them was the production of clean energy and the restoration of green collar jobs in America, especially in light of the current situation in the Gulf. He added that they believed in biodiesel and were convinced about a significant rise in their sales in the near future.

The biodiesel production facility has a 36-million gallon per year production capacity for biodiesel. The biodiesel production facility produces to the ASTM / EN 14214 biodiesel specifications and is one among a handful of biodiesel facilities that can produce biodiesel to the European Union ("EU") biodiesel specifications.

The biodiesel production facility is a member of the National Biodiesel Board and has dedicated considerable time and effort to become BQ-9000 accredited by the National Biodiesel Board.

Rodrigue explained that the biodiesel production facility in South Carolina was an integral part of the overall investment that the company had made in January when they purchased Evergreen Global Investments, Ltd. He added that the facility was expected to open earlier in the year, however had to be delayed pending a favorable Congressional action on a fuel credit. Rodrigue said that they were still expecting a favorable action, in view of the fact that current demand for biodiesel has created a unique opportunity for the facility to open as orders were in place and the facility could begin delivery by August.
