I think you are right, I hope not. But I think we will hear of some last ditch imminent funding, and after the deal is done he will BB until the A/S and O/S are back to where they were a year ago. IMO


And now with the A/S maxed still and Dean with no funding, I think the possibility of another SS change is becoming increasingly likely.
