Truth-where is it?

I was told by someone from the company just yesterday that the number of o/s is only 300mil. shares. Two months ago they told me 200mil.shares. No wonder the stock is so volatile and it is trading with such a volume and huge spread between bid and ask. How many more unaccounted shares are still up there!?
