TGGI can ungag them! It's just a question of why they leave them gagged.

From a previous statement... "...will no longer provide share structure information for ANY of our clients to non-affiliates without the issuer's consent."

IT IS TGGI! They are the "issuer"! TGGI needs to issue consent! If they have nothing to hide - ungag the TA!
