C.V. Starr is our short IMO, as no one else in their right mind would short the stock or have a reason to. Yes, I know they're not supposed to short the stock to protect their investment, but I can almost guarantee you that they are shorting through a third party, probably offshore. That said, I think the shorting stops when the short interest reaches 3 million and then I look for big big volume at which time I'll buy the stock like there's no tomorrow.
