Our very successful stockbroker luncheon series continues today in New York with approximately 50 brokers and institutional investors meeting with Clear Skies Solar (CSKH) and Muscle Pharm (MSLP)."

"We expect Clear Skies Solar CEO, Ezra Green, to outline the firm’s growing pipeline of business and to more fully explain the recent balance sheet activities that have resulted in the elimination of all of the convertible debt. As we have said previously here on the blog, we believe this is a major development for the Company as it now aligns the interests of the debt holders with the interests of the common shareholder. With a recently announced deal for solar installations that will produce a minimum of $20 million and some additional business already landed during 2010, we see the Company well ahead of our calculated breakeven point of $12 to $16 million in revenue. We are expecting the Clear Skies to soon issue a press release outlining the cleaning up of the balance sheet."
