They have released quite a few PR's with nice detailed information - go to otcmarkets and read the news over the past few months. The couple of words that you are referring to is what their IR person has written in response to investor inquiries... that is not official PR.

I find it refreshing that they are not releasing anything on the merger/financials yet - it seems like they are actually going to release the actual news and not do a pre PR (not that I would mind that) would rather have 1 PR with nice detailed financial and merger completion information as opposed to 4/5 PR's with nothing real about the company's happenings...

Not saying that this is the best way to PR a stock etc... just another idea to consider.
