It seems a precipitous fall from grace into oblivion if La Jolla Cove did take DNAP out I would have thought DNAP would have countered with a suit on breach of contract or something.
Did DNAP simply roll over and die because that's what it looks like checked to see if there was any history of DNAP taking on La Jolla and there wasn't anything I could find.
With DNAP's potential YOU'D THINK they would have fought La Jolla Cove tooth and nail what gives here any idea please?
