A quote to look into and think about:

To all who think LaJolla
is doing death spiral financing should really read the original agreement and pay particular attention to the paragraph that states that La Jolla can not short the stock under any circumstances. Kinda hard to do a death spiral that way. Don't take my word for it, do some real DD for a change. It's amazing what you will find.
