Hi Matt. Oh yeah, having Fun with Financial Institutions. They write all the Rules and Quess who's Favor "The Rules" are in!!! We must all Remember that Patience is a Virtue!!! I find it Helpful and virtually Imperative to "Locate" a decent Individual in each one to help cut thru the "Red Tape". I am making Headway and will be "Armed and Ready" Soon. Still been doing some Studying to Prepare. Can't do Enuff of that; and it Doesn't Cost Much either!!!
