I dont think they are sleeping at the wheel JMO there are to many people on there board that know what there doing with to many shares. If you look at there Résumé's they all have alot of experience.IMO They are keeping this an insider and shorting it wanting people to sell off impatiently so they can add more shares to what they have or they are saving everything for one big hurray.
