I understand, SM. I went through the concerned/worried/frightened phase, too. But when confronted with a problem, I have always found if I concentrate on identifying the exact problem, gathering information and analyzing all the possibilities, I can then form a plan of action and begin to implement it. Once I have done that, I have done what I can do and the concern/worry/fear just evaporates.
What ifs don't matter. Whatever comes, ultimately we will simply deal with it -- there is no other choice! It doesn't really matter whether the plan I have implemented will prove successful in the end or not. What matters is that I have done what I can do, I have done my best, and the Devil take the hindmost!
