Ken Glynn, President of SpeechSwitch, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SSWC), announced today that the company has made tremendous progress in the development of its plans for growth and stability, as follows:

1. Sales: Walmart.com has requested that SpeechSwitch contract with one of
its two major distributors to enable it to sell the Kenergy iPhone/iPod
Solar Powered Recharger. Other products will be offered to Walmart.com
over the next two quarters.
2. Sales: An outdoor products retail chain has requested quotes for an
initial order of around 2400 Kenergy iPhone/iPod Solar Powered Recharger
units for initial store deployment, and has expressed interest in the
Kenergy Solar Powered K-Lantern.
3. Sales: Three new lines of full size backpacks, belly packs and women's
designer bags, all with built-in solar phone rechargers, will be offered
in this Fall's featured new products.
4. Sales: A long term lease is expected to be signed within the next week
for the Company's first GreenSmart(TM) retail store.
5. Patents: The second biodegradable disposable bandages patent application
will be filed August 1st as forecast, and the third application, with
co-inventor Dr. Alain Martin (of Listerine and Neosporin fame) is in
progress. A fourth application for a burn treatment wrap that favors
swelling in only one direction has been initialed. This product would
provide temporary artificial skin to burn victims, without the
problematic three dimensional swelling that has previously occurred with
absorbent burn wound dressings.
6. SEC: The Q3 2008, Q4-Annual 2008 and the Q1 2009 Sec 10Q documents will
be ready for outside audit this week. The Q2, Q3, Q4 2009 and Q1 and Q2
2010 documents are works in progress.

"Overall, everything is going better than anticipated. The long-term view of the company -- to have major wholesaling operations, multiple company retail stores and possible franchised stores, and to be debt-free by the end of 2011 -- still appears very realistic," stated Glynn.

continue its sales efforts on behalf of SpeechSwitch for our solar rechargeable products,

including our cell phone, PDA and other electronic device rechargers, our solar backpack

chargers, and our solar rechargeable flashlights/radios and lanterns. Vested Connect has

direct relationships with sales contacts for Wal-Mart, Walmart.com, Target, Best Buy,

Cabela's and other major retailers. Efforts to market to boy scouts, girl scouts, campers,

hikers and backpackers have also been initiated.

In other news, Ken reported that all of the SEC filings to bring the company current will be

completed next week, except for the independent CPA audits required before the filings can be

completed. These will be completed as quickly as the CPAs are able.

negotiating with a major suburban shopping mall for a long term lease for a retail store.

Based on a recent marketing survey to select a store brand name, the retail outlets will be

called "GreenSmart(TM)." "GreenSmart(TM)" stores are expected to sell solar powered products,

wind powered products and products made of recycled materials. These will include solar

powered cell phones, PDA, laptop and other electronic chargers, solar powered MP3 Players, as

well as home and office products made of recycled metals and plastics. A small line of eco-

friendly books will also be included. "Kenergy(TM) GreenSmart(TM)" is expected to become the

flagship for company-owned and possibly franchised retail stores.

Ken Glynn, President of SpeechSwitch, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SSWC), announced today that the

Health Care Division is developing three new inventions and filing three patent applications

relating to wound care. One of the inventions involves biodegradable, disposable band-aids

and bandages utilizing biodegradable support strips and adhesives with natural algae

biomimetic artificial skin material that accelerates healing and absorbs naturally into the

body. A second invention utilizing the same wound care technology involves other treatment

enhancements included within the biomimetic artificial skin material. The third invention is

a collaboration between Dr. Alain Martin and Ken Glynn, as co inventors, utilizing the same

wound care technology, but including Dr. Martin's proprietary antioxidant, anti-inflammatory

cell growth accelerants. Dr. Martin is the inventor of Neosporin and other successful

products, and is currently the CEO of North Cell Pharmaceutical, Inc. SpeechSwitch and North

Cell will be equal partners in this alliance.
