Josee's a wealthy, multimillionaire entrepreneur, owner of Chic Management (a talent & modeling scout agency) which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mutual Merchant Services, Inc (MUTM). Chic has branches in the United Kingdom and Brazil with the main location headquartered in Hollywood.

Josee is also a realestate mogul, and sold Kirstie Alley her house at 1100 Osceola Ave in Clearwater, FL for 1.8M (She made 45K in comission). In her own words:

"I owned Chic realty as well as heart mortgage and heart title(title company) in Clearwater, Florida, had a radio show on real estate and was also elected official for the city."
