Boxsterfan, watch the last video Part 1, when the time reached 3:54 seconds, press the pause button. This is the exact time when the x-ray unit was at bottom and the panel detector was at the top.
I used Photoshop version 8.0 to zoom in to the captured image.
I noticed that the half of Dean's hand was x-rayed and half was not because it was blocked by phantom hand.Even this half,unblocked hand did not produce good image for useful purposes, and notice that gantry was not even spinning at rate Dean's is always saying 0.2 to 0.8 of a second per revolution. If this rotates at this speed, the outcome would be worse images quality.

We know the principle in photo making, do not take a shot when your camera is moving fast, you would get blurred images, specially for this machine DVIS that would need to penetrate human flesh and bones before the digital panel detector can get the data.
