The bid does not need to be at .0001 in order to buy at .0001, only to sell...If the bid were at .0001 the ask would most likely go to .0002. Then you could buy @ .0002 but most likely not be able to buy .0001 ...... We went through that stage for a while and I bought quite a few @ .0002 and more @ .0001 when the bid went to 0.00. They are up for sale @ .11. You can still buy on e-trade but you have to call it in.. ;o)
