icts may touch $10 sooner than we expected

Today it closed up 40% at $2.75 under huge volume. Last time when it rose similarly, next day the stock broke through $10 with over 100% rise. The only difference between now and then is that now icts has fared better foundamentally.

With book value over $5 (not including potential lawsuit compensation at least $3 per share) per share, re-enterring airport security market in Europe and possibly in US, it would not surprise me if it re-touch $10 in a few days.
