I'm not sure really if what you say is accurate. If the bid and ask was below what the average buyer was willing to pay, then every single average buyer would be buying and none would be selling, right?

I dont know who controls NITE's actions. But being that it is NITE and they are usually the first on the bid/ask list of almost every stock I see, it decreases my suspicion, just cause I think its typical of them and I don't know how to stop them from continuing.
