I am assuming you went to thier website www.icbs.ca and understand what this company does. How are they expected to aquire equity in these ventures without cash? The company sells stock to raise capital to invest. I believe from what I have seen that they have backed a couple of very good deals.

Look at the company stock history, a lot of shares have traded continualy so someone is buying and selling and making money. Do you believe the company to be contolling the price? or the MMs? I don't see how they benifit from a .0002 stock price.
