The market has been really active since the crash in 2008. I started trading 3 days before the 700 pt drop in Sept. Just a question, back then during a bull market in 06 or 07, does most index fluctuate much?

To me it seems like the 3x etfs always fly around , but before that there isnt any 3x etfs, so I'd really like to know if they still would have 5+% days when the market return to normal.
