1. The quotes from the press release states: "Today, President, Monique Berry signed a multi-million dollar LOI with a Nevada based public health and nutraceutical company. Due to the terms of the agreement and NDA, the company name remains confidential at this time but will be announced shortly. "The BEHL team is very pleased with the contract," states Ms. Berry.

3. Many others have contacted the company and they have stated it is an LOI and nothing more yet can be released and when it can, it will.

Stop trying to make a moot point. Everyone who knows anything about the discussions of this company over the past two weeks knows this is the case, and trying to make stuff up is childish.
