It is a lesson I will never forget. You have a point, Tom knows that the MM's will aggressively short any movement in the stock. He is probably in a quandry about how to manuver around it. Strategically using the November ballot along with a merger and/or name change would get it off the ground but it would be heavily shorted even with that. The industry has to be in an aggressive forward motion in itself in order to have enough inertia to overcome the MM's illeagal shorting tactics. It is all about timing. We are not forgotten, just a very small fish in a dangerous pond with big fish that eat little fish. Right now the industry is at a standstill but we all know that legalization is comming. The worse the economy gets the better it is for us. Marijuana will pull the economy out of the second great depression like alcohol did for the first one. We are still a little ahead of our time, the prohibition will not be fully lifted for several years yet. I think there is a good chance for the 2012 ballot. The economy, if there is one, will be in shambles by then and they will have to do something to get it going again. Don't listen to all the doom and gloom put out by the naysayers, we have not even been born yet. This will be the biggest thing in history. It has already proven to be unstoppable. "We the people" want it and need it. Especially the new generations which function on a much higher plane. The one hundreth monkey effect is already in motion. Thanks for your positive impute !!:!!
