This is done through my METLIFE 401K. I retired from there six years ago but left my 401k because it is a good deal. Believe it or not they recently changed the rules allowing one to trade in and out every day without cost. Previously I had been allowed just 2 trades a month. And that on top of a guaranteed rate of 5.8% in their fixed income fund without any risk to the participant.
