Dicon itself, without spongetech couldn't barely survive and Spongetech doesn't even offer that much of a revenue stream to make a difference. The company was a losing venture and thus why they sold shares as that was the only revenue that was steady and reliable.
That's what the issue is.
When people realize this company wasn't all that it was supposed to be, they will realize the whole thing was a joke.
