What you are saying is true.......however you are putting the cart before the horse. CCTC needs $175M in order to build a coal treatment plant and survive the 2+ years it will take to build it. The company must build a demo facility to prove to the world that their technology works. Without it, it is an exercise in futility. They are dreaming with their new business model, which touts no financial participation. They must show confidence in their technology first and then expect others to follow.
