Well the 10Q is current til June 30th, 2010 and even it said:

Common shares: $0.001 par value,
300,000,000 shares authorized:
53,756,023 and 53,756,023
shares issued and outstanding,
respectively.


So things have changed quite a bit in the last two months. I guess this didn't kick in until after June 30th???

NOTE 8 - COMMON STOCK

The Articles of Incorporation were amended on June 1, 2010, to increase the authorized number of shares of the Company's $.001 par value common stock from 300,000,000 to 5,000,000,000.


This could go either way today, but I wouldn't be surprised to see a pretty big selloff, JMHO.
