From the 10Q, anyone seen this?

NOTE 10 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS

On July 6, 2010, the Company issued 4,000,000,000 common shares at $0.0008 per share to pay and satisfy the $3,200,000 of related party debt for the officer death benefit.
