Sehe ich ähnlich.
Außerdem scheint es ja die Subs zu geben...hier hält man 60% die man nicht einfach in die Tonne kloppen kann !! Mit diesem Anteil muß ja was geschehen...entweder Verkauf, Rückabwicklung oder Schenkung (lol) an die Inhaber der restlichen 40% bzw. an ein caritatives Unternehmen (lol).
