Lots of talk about AVLS well I did some DD and here's what I found, but before I start let me say I started a position today at .025 and play accordingly:

AVLS pps 52 wk pps range is .02-.10 We are at a bottom right now. It's bounce time.

AVLS has 2 facets to its business.
I. Lighting Company - a team of experts in the areas of green and energy efficient technology for both residential and commercial use. Intuitively merging green ideas into development properties. To create jobs, as well as build and provide safe, affordable, energy efficient residential and commercial investments for the public. Create and maintain substantial returns for our investors and our company.

Assets is roughly $3.9M in RE not including lighting technology nor patents. AVLS net worth is $4.8M or 6x's current market cap.

AVLS is on the verge of developing communities/track homes in Texas, with the possibility of acquiring RE properties in the immediate future for pennies on the dollar.

AVLS is a momo play. With some momentum, and the big seller out of shares, this stock should rock and see 200% from current levels. The stock has been held back in the past 3 trading sessions because a former employee (IR) sold all their shares at the ask and sometimes the bid.

AVLS is real company with actual profits and revenue. CEO is working with several companies seeking major residential & commercial property acquisitions in TX.

The company filings a few weeks ago show company insiders own all but 3m shares, float is tiny, this looks to be a true FLD play.
