I was planning on coming back today and giving an update from the courtroom, lol.

No need for that now.

One thing was that today the courtroom was full, people were expecting something. It is never a high attendance BK hearing, so much so the Judge made a comment today about the number of spectators present.

The most interesting thing I took out of the statement was the immediate PPS reaction.

Once again,( I've witnessed this before in bigger cases) by the time I left room 617, went down 6 floors, got to security, got my phone, and looked at the web, the PPS had risen dramatically.

This was ten minutes after the Mr. Crichlow made his statement.

There were entities in that courtroom with PDA's ( the only people allowed with phones are lawyers) who got the info out immediately upon this announcement.

My take is that there are more eyes on this than folks might think ( since obviously someone was sitting in that courtroom as a point man for some entity) and that this was taken as a positive.
