Wave, I think Goffman is preparing for war and by the time the valuation battle gets underway, I could see another company come in and really do what Gerber said in open court..."make this a circus.". I would welcome chaos into the Debtors/Rogerson plans/anus. I hear Goffman is an expert at Court room bugary!
