I am not that sharp so understand that on the front end.

I have been asking questions about what is the purpose of the money? Seems that the money is being collatorizied by some assets and those assets should be stockholder based. If money is raised for debt then the debtors should not be able to get stock in company and paid in full. Of course the new company is supposed to have a valuation of 1.5B with 100 million shares and funny that the new company is able to borrow half on entire valued company. As a BOA stockholder I might have to call and question that loan wisdom if that is all the company is worth :).

CEMJQ has had several things not make sense this entire Bk process. My personal experience with BOA and other banks right now is that money being loaned has to have hard cash equivilant collateral and more than 1:1 ratio on asset to loan. Someone has been buying shares at the .38 level. Makes no sense if stock is .27 or less per share. Also, only about 10-15% of shares sold since POR came out which is strange with bulk of tutes owning shares. The company has been showing sales increasing by 24% or so and the drop just before BK seems to be an anomaly rather than a trend.

Valuation is the key and determing that will be Judge Gerber. And as Jax talked about his 8 ball, I do not have my magic 8 ball working. Wish that I did. Good luck and I do not think that you are all wet in your opinion.
