I dont think the PR was fluff. I dont think the Company felt that the news would have people running for the buy button. Its states that they have made a very nice addition to the company and it shows intent to grow.

Strategic planning in the key, and we arent dealing with a bunch of dummies. they are adding people who know how to and want to, make money.... lots of money.. And we will all benefit fomit.
