WHAT I AM PUZZLED ABOUT IS THAT WITH ALL THAT WE HAVE GOING WHY IS THE GOVERNMENT JUST STANDING BY AND DO NOTHING WITH SO MANY LIVES AT STAKE THEY SHOULD FAST TRACK THE TEST EVERY DAY WE WASTE WE LOOSE LIVES IF JUST ONE LIFE IS SAVED THEN WE WOULD BE PLUS SO WHY CAN'T SOMETHING BE DONE TO EXPEDITE THESE TEST
