F3 Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FTCH) has signed agreements for a nationally recognized hip-hop dance instructor to use its revolutionary FargoTube video distribution service, a move that exposes FargoTube to an underserved and potentially lucrative market.

Kelly Peters, the New York-based instructor and choreographer, has built a national following and sold more than 15,000 copies of his "Make it Happen" instructional DVD. The disc is ranked #5 on Amazon.com's list of Dance & DJ videos.

Peters plans to sell "Make it Happen" and three further tutorial videos, all currently in development, through FargoTube. While he also plans to continue selling through traditional internet commerce sites, he said FargoTube represents an opportunity to reach new fans and to teach more people about hip-hop culture.

It's also a chance to connect more frequently with existing fans, for example by offering short videos with new or updated dance steps between longer videos, Peters said. Peters has filmed interviews with numerous dancers and choreographers at the cutting edge of hip-hop's various subgenres, and plans to begin uploading the interviews to FargoTube within a few days, as he completes the editing process for each.

Peters said he expects to post less of his new work on YouTube.com and other free sites.

"It's not necessarily about the money, but I would like to be paid for my work," Peters said. "It's very hard being an artist already. Some jobs, we get paid less than everyone else on the set. This will be an opportunity for us to make back the money we lose on jobs like that."

Peters is the second major revenue partner for FargoTube, a cutting-edge platform that combines online social networking with distribution of videos, music and high-definition still photos. FargoTube allows musicians, filmmakers and other content owners to stay in touch with their fan bases while profiting directly from their creations.

FargoTube allows content owners to choose a revenue model that best fits with their artistic and business goals. An owner can offer some videos free for promotional purposes while offering other videos on a monthly, per-video, per-view or per-download basis. Peters said he envisions using all of FargoTube's revenue options.

Peters has also signed on as a FargoTube affiliate and will receive a fraction of the revenue streams that referred artists and instructors generate through the content they post.

"We're branching out to a new industry -- tutoring -- and a new customer group -- hip-hop enthusiasts," F3 Chief Operating Officer Paul Campbell said. "Having Kelly as a partner helps us because he is a well-known name in his field and has an established following."

F3 is in talks with other video-based tutors who may use FargoTube. The service offers new modes of instruction and interaction for experts in fields from aerobics to spreadsheets to xylophone playing.

Instructors, musicians and small-scale film studios have posted only limited video content online up until now. Virtually none of it produces revenue directly, but rather at keeping fans engaged and supporting sales of DVDs, albums, digital music files and other paraphernalia. FargoTube and its content partners split revenue roughly equally.

Fear of piracy has deterred other artists from posting content online. FargoTube now incorporates proprietary technology to block piracy.
