Float is large that's funny 28-29% of the float is owned by two guys. Over 50% of the float is owned by 12 Guys. The company has been buying back shares for a year. The company is sending out 30k targeted emails a day. The float is tiny. The float will continue to get smaller. There is no dilution. It takes a long time to accumulate shares of HSCC. Try to buy a 100k or 250k blk today and then tell us how large the float is. Just look at the actions of the mm's yesterday. A 60k blk executed on the ask .035 moved the price up about 10%. Then the mm's immediately lowered the bid all the way down to the 200ma at .02 and executed a measly 9000 share blk taking the price down a whopping 40%. mm's are hoping to shake up the newbies and get them to panic and sell. All that will happen is a bigger piece of the float will go to the 12 guys that patiently wait for opportunity. Sept is usually a big month for Homeland Security related stocks. Look at the chart of HSCC from last Sept.
