Good Job...thursday August 12, was date on debts due for prior notes. nothing to do with the Rightsmile business, some debts built from prior businessess through this security.

I dont know how that plays into everything, with the exception that no more selling should be taking place through dilution.

Company doesnt have enough shareholders to raise more than a million in a year per rules governing securities. They obviously took that to the last penny.

The websites are there, nice looking and attractive too. The income projected through Revodent, and a handful of smileshoppes were to make this company operate in the black. There have been additional pieces like Lazerwhite and other smaller foroegn markets in addition to this above.

so, Looks like its time, or shorty just before time, for us to find out...scam...or no scam...thats the question of this week.
