Quito, Ecuador: I like to go to weather.com and check out weather for various locals throughout the world. Quito is one that stuck out in my mind. Check this out, bacically the same weather every day of the year. Highs in the upper 60's and lows around 50, and I think it rains about every day. Quito is right on the equator and way up on a mountain top.
