I don't think the pullback will be deeper than 1070 on the SPY. I wish you were right because I'd love to load up at the MOABO, but it just won't happen.
It is obvious to me that the PPT is going to crank this thing up into elections. Along with free principal reductions given to all over-leveraged, under-educated, semi-native voters, the DEMS hope to give away the future in order to pass the final Draconian legislative strangleholds in the next 2 years. If the general masses are doing better in November, they stand a chance of maintaining their power.
After that, it won't matter. The U.S. will be just another puppet state controlled by the IMF. At some point, I can see them siezing all individual assets so nobody will be able to retire. We will all owe rent, food and healthcare equal to our wages.
So sad America is too dumbed-down to get the bigger picture. Hunger and desperation can make the staunchest Constitutionalist pliable.
